KIM PLOUGH

Kim Plough is the Chief Financial Officer at Woodside Priory School, where she oversees financial stewardship to ensure the school’s long-term sustainability. She previously served as CFO at San Francisco Friends School and brings extensive experience in strategy and operations from her 17 years with The Boston Consulting Group, where she held senior roles in consulting, operations, and global marketing.

Kim earned her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and her BA in Economics from Middlebury College, where she graduated Salutatorian and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She is passionate about combining strategic vision with disciplined financial management to strengthen schools and the communities they serve.
