INGRID TSONG
Ingrid Tsong is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice. She received a MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. As part of her training, Ingrid worked at Social Advocates for Youth in Santa Rosa, supporting youth and their families. Ingrid is passionate about supporting the whole child, with a key focus on fostering strong connections and engagement within their community. Ingrid’s professional work centers on understanding child and family dynamics and holding multicultural perspectives with care and clarity.
Ingrid has a BA, summa cum laude, from Duke University in Economics and Cultural Anthropology, where she developed a deep appreciation for curiosity and engaged learning. Prior to a career change to psychotherapy, Ingrid spent almost twenty years as a corporate retail executive, leading and managing complex cross functional teams and owning full divisional P&L responsibility at J. Crew, Aeropostale, and American Eagle Outfitters.
Ingrid Tsong has been a part of the THS community since 2023, when her daughter Cleo matriculated in the second TK class at THS. She has been a Healdsburg resident since 2015 after a peripatetic adulthood that spanned stints on the east coast and west, and a midwestern childhood in the suburbs of Chicago. Ingrid’s husband, Jonathan, is a native Northern Californian, a descendant of the Swiss Italian immigrants who started the first farms in this area.
Ingrid believes every child deserves to be truly known and seen as an individual—both in school and within the broader community. She is grateful to be part of this community and honored to contribute to the long-term stewardship of THS.
