Enrollment Information
Dear THS Parents and Guardians,
We are nearing the end of another successful year as a comprehensive elementary school and are starting to think about all of the wonderful summertime adventures ahead for all of us. Before you begin those adventures though, we ask that you please take the time to fill out the enrollment forms for the 2010/2011 school year. This process needs to take place every year so that we have the most current information for all of our students. The enrollment forms can be downloaded from our website or if you prefer, you may obtain hardcopies from the school office. Please make sure these forms are returned by June 4, 2010 so we are ready to go when the new school year starts.
You can access this information in preparation for the first day of school by following these steps:
Step One: Download and refer to the "Forms Checklist". This will guide you through the documents that you will need to complete and return to THS by June 4, 2010. Please note, there are two different checklists, one for returning families and one for new families.
Step Two: Follow the directives on the "Forms Checklist"
Step Three: Submit all of the required forms per child and family to THS by June 4, 2010
Step Four: In addition, please submit a copy of your child’s/children’s birth certificate and immunization record.
