The approach to tuition support at The Healdsburg School (THS) is consistent with our mission. The purpose of tuition support grants is to offer all families the opportunity to attend THS. Tuition support grants are used to offset tuition costs and do not need to be paid back. Rich with diversity, the residents of Sonoma County are ethnically, economically, culturally, and geographically varied. THS is committed to enrolling a student body that represents all residents of Sonoma County.
THS is dedicated to working with families to help them meet the expenses of an independent school education. THS offers tuition support grants to families from all income levels, including middle income families.
Determination of tuition support grants will depend on the following:
- Availability of tuition support resources from the School
- Completion of Student and School Service (SSS) on-line application, available on November 1, 2009 (THS school code: 4614)
- Completion of THS Individualized Tuition Worksheet
- Copies of 2008 Federal 1040 tax returns (deadline: February 14, 2010)
- Copies of 2009 Federal 1040 tax returns (deadline: April 15, 2010)
Please Note:
- Applicants applying after the deadline will be considered if funds are still available
- Tuition Support Grants are included with the enrollment contract mailed to applicants
- All grants are for one year; grants must be reapplied for each year by all parents
- All submitted documents are confidential
