Welcome to The Healdsburg School. We are a new, private independent school for grades K-8. In August 2007, 7th & 8th grades opened to an incredible group of enthusiastic, talented individuals.  In Fall 2008, their K-6 counterparts will join the THS community. At the heart of THS is the belief that a rigorous approach to academics within a caring and supportive community helps students understand their own potential. We aspire to invigorate children’s minds and bodies; nurture their creativity, capacity for empathy, and sense of humor; and help them build an awareness of their responsibilities to their communities and the world.
